Photos
I don’t like bugging people with my camera.
I hate it when they do it to me.
I don’t like the smile-y, set-up photo.
I feel silly, sitting there, looking into a lens, waiting for some sort of magic to take place.
But, I do like recording certain things.
There are three categories of photos that I take regularly:
1. Hiking adventures. These often include a lot of tree and sky action. To you it might be like the same thing over and over, but to me, it’s variety and beauty and wonder and…and…and…I love it! I hike as much as I can, and I might be obsessed. Okay, “might” might not be the right term. I love to hike. No doubt. Here are a few “best of’s,” anywhere from 2005 to 2010:
2. Traveling in general. These I don’t enjoy taking as much, but the feeling of obligation outweighs the laziness factor. Plus, I am always happy in the end that I did it. These run from 2005 to 2009:
3. Food. Please visit the blog for way too many posts centered around food (and fellowship!).
That’s a bit of me.
Maybe not actual images of me, but it’s me nonetheless.
Hope you enjoyed.
